Breach of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law-enforcement authorities.

All content available on luck94 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game designs, software, data compilations and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of luck94 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, republish, copy or distribute any platform content.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Use the luck94 brand name, logo or trademarks without prior written consent.
